Tuesday-Chicken Fajitas(veggies and meat prepped on Sunday and hanging out together in a Ziploc)
Wednesday-Chicken Gyros (also prepped and hanging out in the fridge)
Thursday-Stuffed Pork Chops, Roasted Potatoes, and Green Beans
Friday-Fish Tacos
Saturday and Sunday-TBD
On a side note, Festival's one day meat sale is on Thursday! I can't wait to see what will be worth stocking up on. I feel uninspired by the contents of our freezer. Perhaps, because it still has 20 frozen pizzas in it(at $ .50 per pizza it was stockpile time!).
